Dr. Mathis V. Kennington, LMFT-S
Dr. Mathis Kennington is a licensed marriage and family therapist and supervisor who specializes in couple and sex therapy. Dr. Kennington teaches the only graduate level courses dedicated exclusively to couple and sex therapy at St. Edward's University in Austin, TX. He currently serves as the President-Elect for the largest marriage and family therapy profession in Texas and plays an active role in educating the public on sexual health issues and overcoming relationship challenges. His therapeutic style is experience-driven and real.
Lindley Domingue, LMFT-Associate
Lindley Domingue is a licensed marriage and family therapist associate who is the only clinician at The Practice trained in the groundbreaking Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) work that has helped countless trauma survivors live well and cope with their experiences. Before co-founding The Practice, Lindley served as the former Clinical Director of a major substance abuse treatment hospital. Lindley brings her unique experience to bear when working with adults who want to have a better life in the midst of turmoil.
Robyn Strelitz, MA, JD, LMFT
Robyn Strelitz is a licensed marriage and family therapist with a rich history of helping individuals and families in their most challenging life transitions. Robyn earned her law degree from the University of Texas School of Law and practiced as an attorney in the area of family law. Robyn’s legal background, empathy, and experience in couple and family therapy combine to create a community resource that is difficult to match. Robyn specializes in helping folks work through trauma, grief, chronic illness and family conflict.
Caroline Harris, MA, LMFT-Associate
Caroline is a graduate of St. Edward’s University with a Master of Arts in Counseling. She specializes in issues impacting women in life transitions, parents navigating new family roles and challenges, and couples seeking guidance in marriage and relationships. Caroline provides family and group therapy for adolescent patients at Austin Oaks Hospital. Because people and relationships are the epicenter of our lives, she believes families and experiences converge to create the filter with which we see, understand, and perceive our interactions with others.
Delaney Menell, MA, LMFT-Associate
Delaney’s authenticity and passion for mental health and human connection creates space for positive, lasting change. She is a licensed marriage and family therapist associate that invites you to join with her collaboratively to explore and address your deepest challenges. Delaney enjoys working with adolescents, adults, couples and families. She is trained in level II Gottman Couples Therapy and she specializes in working with those belonging to the LGBTQIA community, those struggling with disordered eating, and those that need guidance in supporting loved ones with mental illness.
Mandi Roarke, MA, LMFT-Associate
Mandi is a native Austinite who has enjoyed living in the Texas hill country almost as much as she enjoys her passion for how relationships work. Mandi has a MA in Counseling from St. Edward's University and specializes in working with couples and families experiencing high levels of conflict and poor communication. Mandi helps couples prepare for marriage with Pre-Marital Counseling. She is supervised by Brad Kennington, LMFT, LPC.
Alyssa Cornett, MA, LMFT-Associate
Alyssa Cornett is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate who specializes in relationship coaching and couples therapy. She enjoys helping couples and individuals strengthen their connections, deepen their passion and enhance their lives in a more meaningful way. Using an integrative approach to therapy, she helps clients identify and address their challenges, patterns and blocks in order to set clearer relationship parameters, establish new ways to listen and express themselves and cultivate a greater sense of fulfillment and transformation. She aims to help her clients feel more confident, competent and motivated than ever to reach for the lives they’ve always wanted!
Kendall Campbell, MA, LMFT-Associate
Kendall is a licensed marriage and family therapist associate. He specializes in working with adolescents and couples. Kendall worked with emotionally and behaviorally disturbed adolescents at the Waco Center for Youth in his last two years of study at Baylor. Before joining The Practice Kendall worked with adults struggling with mental illness at Austin State Hospital. In 2015, Kendall opened up a private practice in order to help couples navigate challenging issues such as infidelity, addiction and parenting.
Graduate associates are therapists who see clients on a significantly reduced sliding scale. They are completing their hours required to graduate with their master's degree. They are a valuable resource in the community because they can see folks at an affordable rate and receive top notch supervision of their cases.
Aaron Maleare, M.T.S
Aaron is originally from Atlanta but now lives in Austin via Toronto, Canada. Before joining The Practice, Aaron worked with STARRY (a division of the Texas Baptist Children’s Home) providing counseling and guidance to children, adolescents, and their families. Aaron’s experience working with adolescents also includes his work with a residential high school with students from all over the globe.
Aaron has a passion for working with adolescents and families.
Aaron’s combination of academic pursuits and living abroad allows him to bring a multi-perspective approach to the issues that individuals and families are facing.
